Overview:
Working alongside the Human Resource and Payroll departments of the ACFN Business Group, the HSE department is available to provide dedicated safety advisory, training & compliance services to all business units.
Scope of Services:
- Standard HSE Coverage - including safety observations/interventions
- Safety Meetings - providing help with Toolbox Talks
- HSE Administration services - including document management
- Safety Training – including orientations, OSSA, CSTS, FLRA, First Aid/CPR
- Specialized Safety Courses – Confined Space, Fall Arrest, H2S Alive
- Partners in Injury Reduction (PIR) Certifications & Auditing - including ACSA & AMTA Certificate of Compliance (COR)
- Compliance Systems Management – ISNETWORLD, CanQual, Compliance Works
- FLRA (Field Level Risk Assessment) Development and Implementation Services
- HSE Manual Development
- Pre-job Risk Assessments
- Transportation Safety & Compliance Services
- Disability Management Services - including WCB claims tracking
- Modified Work Programs
